Ideal central location. La Casa Mudejar Hospedería, recently opened, it´s a hotel full of charm and history. Once inside, one can enjoy its unique works of art such as the fantastic Mudéjar moulded ceilings from the XV century, the hotel also has the most important Roman remains found in Segovia, apart from the Acueduct, and that is the “Aljibe” which was the biggest cistern in the city and now has been turn into an elegant meeting lounge with the best views of the Guadarrama mountain range.

Historical building from XV century with magnificent art located in the center of the town (10 metres from Plaza Mayor). There are explendid restaurant "El Fogón Sefardí", bar, open buffet breakfast, air condition, heating and free internet access in all the rooms and prepared elegant meeting rooms for 80 persons maximum.

“ EL FOGON SEFARDI” Bar and Restaurant has its entrance from the city’s Jewish Quarters.
We specialize in Castilian cuisine as well as the forgotten Sephardi dishes.
A wide and varied selection of dishes are included in our menu.
Typical and traditional Castilian dishes as well as new and modern cuisine, all elaborated from the best fresh products of the season.
“El Fogón Sefardi” also offers the best selection of wine brands from the most famous Spanish cellars such as Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rueda, Toro and many more.
And of course wine from Segovian cellars such as Valtiendas, Santiuste de San Juan Bautista , Sacramenia, Nieva .

Whichever way to Plaza Mayor of Segovia
Once one is in the Square (Hotel clients allowed access) park your car in the area where it's singed for loading and unloading and go ahead towards our Hotel at Isabel la Católica St, 8 (it's only 10 metres from the loading area parking).
